How do I return an item?
Should you need to return an item you have purchased from us, use the original packaging materials to insure the safety of the product and ship to:

Please include the RMA number which is your order number with an 'R' in front. Please write a detailed description of the request and the RMA number on the invoice. We suggest using the tracking number to assure delivery of your package.
When exchanging for a different module, either a credit or charge will be posted depending on the difference in price of the original order and exchange. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement). Then place a new order or simply e-mail us your request and we will enter a new order for you using the billing/shipping information that we have on file. The new order will be shipped out immediately and your credit will be applied approximately 3-5 days after we receive the product you are returning.
