General Guidelines
These are Comtread.com's ("Comtread", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies as they apply only to products purchased by you directly from our company.
Mail-In Rebates
Any product promoting a mail-in rebate cannot be returned to Comtread once the rebate has been filed. Make sure that the product is fully functional and worth keeping before sending in for your rebate. Products with missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box cannot be returned and will be sent back at your expense. Only the original manufacturer of a product can replace a defective item missing a UPC code.
Bundles, Combos and Kits
Bundle, Combo and Kit Specials are defined as two or more items that are be purchased together in order to receive a discount on the total price.
Items sold as part of a Bundle, Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within our Return Policy Period for that individual item. If an individual Bundle, Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the discount as it was applied will be voided, and the amount of the refund will have the discounted amount deducted from it. If the bundle/combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the individual item cannot be returned for a refund.
