August 18, 2009 NAND memory prices still climbing as a result of Apples latest purchase.
This time it is with Toshiba Corporation for an astounding 500 Million. Back in late July a deal was formed between the two for a large amount of NAND flash chips.

The deal has put a heavy strain on the entire NAND flash memory market. It has had competitors such as Samsung and Micron struggling to fill the void Toshiba has left. With the global supply of flash chips depleting rapidly manufacturers have steadily raised their prices.

Over the past month the price has gone up on a daily rate. The price will continue to climb until the other manufacturers can meat the current demand.

We still offer the same quality product at lower prices than any competitors. With thee current state of the NAND memory market prices are expected to climb for a while. We urge all of our clients to procure a low price before the cost of USB marketing is outside a typical budget range.

We will keep you informed.
