RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is our goal and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt. There is No restocking fees. All software and gaming products are Non-refundable. You will receive a full refund including purchase amount and any applicable taxes. The credit will be applied to your credit card and will appear on your statement within the next  billing cycle. Just follow these easy return instructions that are included in every package:

• Re-pack the item in the original packaging
• Remove all previous shipping labels from the package
• Include your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which is your order number
• Write the reason for the return and RMA number on the invoice/package

• Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse

                                                                       

In order to expedite a prompt refund, please have your package insured by the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. If you choose to return your order by insured mail, please request a confirmation of delivery number. By choosing either of these methods, you can track the location of your return, in the unlikely event it is lost in transit.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.

We process your order after we receive your money order or cashier's check.

For personal and company checks, we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Comtread.com products carry a lifetime warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship.  We will exchange any of our products for as long as you own it, it is a very simple process and you are guaranteed to have a new product within 7 days after we receive your return (all flash memory and USB flash drives carry manufacturer's warranty).

Comtread does not assume any responsibility or liability for the advice given or product sold and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the information or product provided.  Always back up your data.

SHIPPING RATES AND INFORMATION

For each order placed, Comtread.com charges a flat per order rate.

Anywhere in the US for $4.95 via USPS. UPS and FedEx shipping is also available. 

We gladly ship to the men and women serving in the armed forces with an APO or FPO address. When obtaining a quote or purchasing through our web site, simply select "USPS " as your shipping method.

International orders are accepted but will be extensively screened to prevent unauthorized credit card use.

Our Cut off time is 12:00PM EST. Every order made after 12pm will be processed the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24 hours for processing your order. All shipping time and dates are subject to change without notice.
